TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We conduct our sessions rain or shine! We will only cancel our courses if there are severe weather forecasts. We know the area well and will find the most suitable place for the activity to take place if the weather is not quite optimal. Cancellations and refund options are available with a deduction based on how close the cancellation is to the course start date. The staff who deliver your courses are highly qualified and experienced guides for many of whom this is their full time job. We recognize that situations may change on your end and we will always be as flexible as we can to work with you whilst making sure that our jobs are sustainable. Peak Lines Ltd has full public liability insurance. We recommend that all participants have their own travel and personal insurance, which typically covers cancellation, personal accidents, and personal liability.

I. PAYMENTS

  • All course must be secured by booking online and paid in full.

  • Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the purchase date, post the cooling-off period.

    II. CLIENT CANCELLATION

  • Please inform us of any cancellations via email.

  • You can reschedule the course date up to 6 weeks before the activity. Changes within this period are subject to the cancellation terms.

  • You can also have someone else come in your place. Please let us know about this at least 48 hours prior to the start of the course. There is no charge for this. 

  • Refund Policy

    • Cancel more than 6 weeks prior: 98% refund (2% deduction for online transaction fees). 

    • 75% refund for cancellations made 4 to 6 weeks before the course starts.

    • 25% refund for cancellations made 2 to 4 weeks before the course starts.

    • No refunds for cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the course starts.

      III. CANCELLATION BY PEAK LINES LTD.

  • We aim to ensure all advertised courses proceed. We'll notify clients of any cancellations due to unsafe or unsuitable conditions as soon as possible.

  • For open courses, if minimum numbers aren't met, we'll notify you at least 5 days prior to the activity.

  • If we cancel your course, you'll receive a full refund or an alternative date based on your preference.
