Navigation Courses
Being able to use a map and a compass to navigate in the outdoors is one of the essential skills for enjoying the hills and mountains safely. Our courses are designed to take you through your first steps, all the way to advanced navigation. We will always combine learning with a beautiful backdrop of the Peak District and incorporate learning with a walk at one of our favourite locations. Learning how to navigate can sometimes be a frustrating process, and if you tried learning before but find it challenging, don't throw away your map just yet! We have strategies to simplify map reading and help you become independent and confident in your ability. As with all of our courses, we will always make it bespoke to you.
